Calculating your BMI is generally something your doctor will do at a wellness check that you might not even be aware of to make sure that your body is healthy.

  • Do you think bowling is or is not a sport? I do not think bowling is a sport.

  • Why do you believe this? Provide 2-3 reasons for what you believe (in full sentences). Bowling is not a sport to me because all you are really doing is rolling a ball at pins to knock them down. You don't get any exercise besides lifting the weight of the ball.

3. What fitness component(s) (aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, or body composition), if any, are practiced during bowling? Explain your answer. muscular strength is used in bowling when you pick up the heavy ball.

I think im good and trust, safty, and telling the truth. Because I belive that if you dont trust a plan will work and you dont try it you will never know if it will work, next I dont like to do dangerus stuff because I belive that safty goes first and winning next, last but not least of the things I think im good at is telling the truth. I can not acsept the prize of winning if I cheated because I like to win fare and square.

The things that I think I need to work on is planning and sportsmanship. Because when I am in a group I never take the time to plan so usually it doesn't work. Then i think I need to work on sportsmanship because if I don't get it right I feel really bad and don't take the time to think about the positives that I reached.

I think

I didn't like how we had to work in groups to create a dance because I would rather work by myself . It also changed my perspective of dances being hard I believe it is very fun. Also as I said before I like to work alone then in groups. My pedometer had a lot of higher scores. It didn't surprise me that it was higher.

Also I have an idea about the dance showcase, you could hold a prize for the group who could get the most votes for favorite dance.

4. What exercises will you practice? push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups(NOT just lifting weights . . . what lifts or exercises specifically by name)

5. How many repetitions(how many of the exercise you do at one time) and sets (how many times will you repeat those repetitions) will you start with each time you exercise?2 sets of 8 push-ups=16,8 sets of 8 sit-ups, and 3 sets of 8 pull-ups(ex: 2 sets of 5 push-ups = 10 push-ups total)

6. How will you INCREASE your repetitions to reach your goal by spring testing? I will continue doing the sets of 8 for 1 month and then add 5 the next month.(ex: I will start with 2 sets of 5 push-ups three days per week and each month I will add on 1 more push up to each of my repetitions)
